S01.E15: You Are Not Alone

In this episode you will learn that having dark thoughts is super normal. You'll also learn that sharing your own mental health journey can help you break the stigma in your mind and in your community. And lastly, how over controlled perfectionistic tendencies can cause you to feel more stressed. 

In this episode, I sit down with After Orange Slices podcast, Bridget Case. She gets real about her teenage years when she lacked the proper coping skills she need and developed a binge eating disorder and she also shares her story to recovery. She even tells us about the night she spent in jail and how it gave her an unexpected amount of confidence. 

Bridget and I had so much fun we had to break it down into two episodes, but they're both still ridiculously long (sorry about that guys).
